Job Requirements (must have) :
- Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Port, Construction, Road and Bridge, or Railway Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in project cost estimation, with the ability to independently complete project pricing and lead a cost estimation team.
- Holds one or more of the following certificates or equivalent: Engineer, Cost Engineer
- Fluent in English
PREFERRED:
- Proficiency in Mandarin, with fluent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research, staying updated on price trends for materials, equipment, and labor in the local market.
2. Independently complete project cost analysis and pricing, review cost analysis documents from partner organizations, provide recommendations for revisions, and prepare commercial bid documents as requested by clients.
3. Collaborate with technical specialists on site inspections, prepare inspection reports, attend pre-bid meetings with owners, and clarify post-bid requirements with clients.
4. Draft various commercial documents as needed for the company’s marketing and daily business operations.
