1. Education background: S1 Economy/Accounting/Management
2.Experience Needed:
- minimum 3 years in Credit or AR in Electronics industry company
- additional knowledge as analyst in Financial Institution would be an advantage
3. Technical Skill: Excel Skill (Medium - High)
4. English Skill: Basic to Intermediate
Job Desc :
- Customer Master :
* Assist in Checking rule and customer block
* Updates customer grouping (AR grouping)
* Evaluation Type of customer, Distribution Channel, Risk Class
* Maintain & monitoring data base in NERP-SCES (Samsung Credit Evaluation System/Customer Credit Evaluation)
- Update Early Warning for Credit information delay
- financial report input
- credit downgrade rating
- monitoring data input
- Update information existing customer
- AR :
* Assist in Bad AR relate to Insurance, Overdue Notification, Claim A/R Insurance & Recovery/Legal action (Insurance partner, Insurance Collector, AR Team/BC, Legal Team)
* Ackowledge sales team by email when Bad AR has been notif and case has been handover to insurance collector
- Credit Limit :
* Review & Analyze & calculate Hedge & Credit Limit requirement for DCL and Local Insurance (using FS analysis, Credit Report Summary, which provided by Financial Analyst)
* Request, Follow Up Hedge Limit to Insurance, finalized through Insurance web portal
* Request to set/increase/reduce credit limit in GSSC Portal
* Request to increase credit limit for existing customers ~ SAP & Insurance web portal
* Monitoring & follow up other Hedge Tools beside Insurance, such as: Bank Guarantee & Corporate Guarantee, validity , expiration, renewal from stakeholders (Compliance Team, Sales Team, AR Team, Customers)
* Assist in Buyer call/ Buyer visit relate to Insurance partner
* Best effort doing Trade Checking towards project owner for B2B transaction
* Monitor, compile social media news that relate to customers
