Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Test and iterate on different marketing approaches to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage a comprehensive social media for Website, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok, including content creation, scheduling, and ads.
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text, image, video), presentation and communication skills
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience managing ads.
