We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor the functionality of operational systems and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment related to the field.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
