Job Description
- Check product quality based on Standard Operating Procedure
- Review inventory stock in bar area
- Review beverage products based on sales and customer’s review
- Make sure all beverage products are ready to serve
- Make SOP for beverage products
- Maintain ideal cost in Cost of Goods Sold
- Create promotion for beverage products
- Make schedule for all baristas
- Manage bar staff’s skill in making beverage products
- Deliver training to bar and service staff
- Attention to detail is very important.
- Ensure all statutory hygiene and HACCP requirements are diligently followed
- Frequently review and taste finished products for quality and presentation
- Ensure the wait staff team are fully briefed on each dish, its ingredients and how to describe to guests
- Operates under lean management principles and constantly on the lookout for creative and new ideas to add value to our service.
- Must be reliable, professional and work in a fast and efficient manner.
- Awareness of our brand values and advocacy
- Work as part of a team. Supervising and training staff members, when needed
- A passion for exceptional beverage products and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Aged between 25-35
- Certificate in Bartender, Manual Brew Competition, and HCCP.
- 2 or more years’ experience working within the F&B industry as a Head Barista.
- Working knowledge of coffee products and cocktail/mocktail products.
- Able to do coffee machine calibration, coffee cupping roasting and coffee brewing.
- Experience in meeting financial targets, budgeting, cost control and maximizing would be an advantage.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
- Working on your own initiative is important, creativity, flexibility.
