Qualifications:
  • Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years in HR, with 5 years in a strategic role, preferably in the plantation /agriculture industry.
  • Change management, talent management, industrial relations, performance management.
  • Leadership, communication skills, and strategic decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
Job Description:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company’s business goals.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives and talent management.
  • Oversee performance management, recruitment, and employee training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Manage industrial relations and lead change management processes within the company.
