Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Management:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions.

Financial Record Maintenance:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
- Assist in updating financial systems and records.

Cross-functional Exposure:
- Participate in broader finance and accounting activities as needed.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Professional Development:
- Gradually take on diverse finance and accounting responsibilities, evolving into a generalist role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Minimum 2 years.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication English skills, both written and verbal.
- Being able to speak Hokkien is also a priority.
