Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Management
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the Expat Roasters team to conceptualize and plan brand-aligned events for product launches, grand openings, and seasonal promotions.
- Event Logistics: Oversee all logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, scheduling, and coordination with partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Budget Management: Work with the Head of Marketing to allocate budgets, optimizing costs while ensuring quality. Track and report expenses.
- On-Site Management: Handle event setup, manage guest lists, and provide support for smooth event operations. Oversee brand visibility and ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Post-Event Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback, measure event success, and provide actionable insights for future events.

Marketing Communications Strategy

- Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns around Expat Roasters’ events and product launches. Plan content calendars, messaging strategies, and promotional timelines.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, aligned with Expat Roasters’ brand voice and identity.
- Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and liaise with potential partners, influencers, and collaborators that align with Expat Roasters’ brand values to enhance campaign reach.

Promotional Material Design and Management

- Creative Assets: Work with designers to create promotional materials (flyers, posters, social media graphics) for each event and campaign.
- Merchandise/Goodiebag Coordination: Assist in creating branded merchandise/goodiebags for events and giveaways, ensuring alignment with Expat Roasters’ brand aesthetic.
Deliverables:
- Event concepts and schedules, including budget reports.
- Monthly or weekly content calendar for events.
- Creative assets for promotional material.
- Post-event and campaign performance reports with analytics and insights.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in event planning and marketing communications.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Expat Roasters’ brand tone and target audience.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
