We are currently looking for an experienced Plywood Purchasing Representetive & Quality Inspector to join our team in Indonesia. Proficiency in either written or spoken English, or fluency in Chinese, is required.
Job Summary:
As a Plywood Purchasing Representative & Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for purchasing plywood materials and ensuring their quality meets the required standards and specifications. You need to develop additional suppliers in Indonesia and carry out Purchasing activities while conducting quality inspections to ensure product qualified at our standard.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Purchasing of plywood materials and negotiate with suppliers for the production lead time and other details.
Handling the quality inspections on plywood to make sure they meet our company's standards and specifications, ensuring the products are of high quality. Monitor supplier delivery performance, ensuring accurate delivery schedules.
Assist in resolving supplier quality issues through effective communication and negotiation.
Regularly report Purchasing updates and inspection results to superiors and the company headquarters.
Assist in developing new suppliers by providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
Regularly providing relevant information to the Chinese headquarters, such as market updates, raw material supplier information, and competitor purchasing insights,
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in Purchasing and quality inspection in the plywood industry.
Fluent proficiency in written or spoken English, or fluency in Chinese, enabling effective communication.
Strong negotiation and negotiation skills.
Familiar with plywood characteristics, quality standards, and relevant inspection methods.
Proficiency in using office software to accurately create reports and maintain data records.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
