Job Descriptions:
- Development and implementation of quality standards.
- Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, from initial design through final production.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of the QMS, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Enhance Market Quality according to Company targets.
- Male, 32-40 years old, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
- Have 10 years of experience in the same industry (Manufacturing)
- Having additional certification in quality management or a related field may be a plus.
- Understand automotive industry quality standards, such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings, product specifications, and other technical documents.
- Familiar with measurement tools and techniques and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and failure analysis.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, including communication, training and motivation skills.
- Ability to plan and manage projects, and make strategic decisions regarding quality.
- Ability to analyze quality data and reports, and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience:
- Quality Control: 8 years (Required)
