- Conduct in-depth market research and share insights about property industry trends, including macroeconomic and government regulations.
- Study on customer behavior to gain customers' preferences regarding property.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Management or Real Estate.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in market research.
- Ability to gather data from internal and external sources and do quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong research, logical and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and effectively communicate macroeconomic and data using statistical tools/excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient communication in English (written & verbal).
- Self-driven and enthusiast about data and analysis.
- Ability to work well with colleagues across different functions, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
