The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns are optimized and successful. Your role will involve providing personalized support, monitoring performance, and suggesting improvements to drive client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, understanding clients' business goals and ensuring they receive top-notch service.
- Google Business Profile (GBP) Management: Verify, manage, and optimize client GBP listings to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Service Strategy & Utilization: Ensure clients effectively use our services (SEO, SEM, etc.) and recommend strategies to improve results.
- Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track campaign success, presenting actionable insights to clients.
- Proactive Account Management: Anticipate client needs and offer timely solutions to improve their digital marketing outcomes.
- Client Success & Retention: Maintain regular check-ins, offer personalized support, and drive client retention through strategic adjustments.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for clients to expand their services and help them achieve their business goals.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years in account management, customer service, sales, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or B2B setting.
- Strong experience with Google Business Profiles (GBP) management.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Bitrix CRM, etc.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client relationships.
- Remote: Work from home, with regular Zoom meetings and collaboration across time zones.
