Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Data Flows: Monitor, review, and enhance the data collection processes in the firm.
• Data Accuracy & Integrity: Setting and monitoring the appliance of the required rules to ensure the accuracy of the data collected firm-wide.
• Automate Workflows: Apply AI to automate routine data processes, collection, cleaning, preparation, and continuous data exploration for potential insights.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on different apps the company uses (Insightly, Power BI, Quickbooks, etc)
• Apply and make the best use of the company’s data on ML models designed internally.
• Predictive Analytics: Use ML algorithms to predict trends in tax laws and customer behavior.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Apply NLP techniques for analyzing client interactions and improving CRM.
• Advanced-Data Modeling: Create complex models that simulate various business scenarios, including tax strategy outcomes.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer ,Bookkeeping,tax and etc. to support and to creatively answer unstructured business questions and harness the predictive power of the results.
• The pivotal part of this role is to ensure that the “Data Analyst” thrives for the team and the Manager/HOD.

Data Analyst Requirements:
Technical:

• Degree: Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Software Skills: Strong skills in Python, R, Azure ML, Tensor Flow, or other machine learning frameworks.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience with ML/AI in a business context.

Qualifications:

• ML/AI Certifications: Desirable but not mandatory.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of operations in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of Finance industry terminology and concepts ( Huge Plus )
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, analysis tools, techniques and visualization technologies
• You love and have a deep passion for understanding data and how the business works
• You are a self-starter with an ability to engage deeply with a stellar technical team
