About the Role
We are looking for a Landing Page Designer who will play a critical role in helping our DTC clients convert traffic into sales. Your designs will be integral in turning visitors into customers, and your work will help grow the brands we partner with. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design high-converting, mobile-optimized landing pages tailored to our clients' DTC needs.
This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You should be data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop High-Converting Landing Pages: Create visually engaging, user-friendly landing pages with a focus on increasing conversions for DTC brands.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the growth strategists, content creators, and paid media teams to ensure landing page designs align with overall DTC campaign strategies.
  • Optimize for Performance: Use A/B testing, heat maps, and analytics to continuously improve landing page performance. Make data-driven design decisions to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all landing pages maintain a cohesive look and feel that aligns with each client’s brand guidelines, while also following best practices for CRO.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, user experience principles, and developments in the DTC space to ensure our landing pages remain cutting-edge.
  • Iterate and Test: Work with the team to develop test hypotheses, implement A/B tests, and iterate on designs based on performance data.
  • Support Ad Campaigns: Collaborate with the paid media team to create landing pages specifically tailored to different stages of the sales funnel and various traffic sources.
  • Use the latest design tools: Apply your deep design expertise to the landing page design tools in use at our agency, in this case - we use Replo.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience designing landing pages, ideally within the DTC or e Commerce industries.
  • Strong Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
  • UX/CRO Focus: Deep understanding of user experience principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and best practices for driving conversions.
  • Data-Driven: Experience working with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and conducting A/B testing to optimize landing page performance.
  • Coding Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script is a plus.
  • Creativity + Data: Ability to merge creative design with data-driven insights to deliver impactful results.
  • Results-Oriented: Comfortable working in a results-based environment where outcomes are more important than hours spent.
  • Agility: Ability to work quickly and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of DTC marketing.

Compensation
This role pays $50 USD per landing page completed & approved.
