Responsabilidades y atribuciones
  • Coordination, execution, and support of the ABI People Cycle for Global Employees: 180/360 Assessments and Development Plans, Talent Review & Calibration Meetings, Engagement Cycle
  • Creation and support of People Cycle resources for Business Partners and Colleagues: Toolkits, Trainings, Guides, etc
  • Ownership of Data & Reports: Master Data, HRIS for People Cycle Processes, Turnover Analysis, Engagement Results Analysis (+ Other People Health KPIs)
  • Ownership of Presentations: Monthly Routines with Senior People Directors and Business Partners, Critical presentations for Executive Leaders (Talent Reviews)
  • Ownership of Internal Communications: Plan and Execute Internal communications through the entire people cycle
  • Daily support to Senior Business Partners through Mailbox, Routines & Calls, Microsoft Teams Channels, Action Logs
  • Scope: ABI Global Headquarters Employees in United States, Brazil, Argentina, India, Europe


Requisitos y calificaciones
  • University Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar)
  • At least +2-year experience (ideally in global teams or managing talent processes)
  • Excellent/Advanced English
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and Basic formulas knowledge)
  • Advanced Power Point
