As Sales Representative with ASICS Austria Gmb H you’ll be tasked with engaging with customers, both existing and prospective, in the area of Austria – landing key contracts and maintaining valuable relationships to support our sales targets.
What we are looking for:
An energetic self-starter with a proven sales background and strong commercial nous, the work you do on your patch will play a major role in realising the business’s broader financial objectives and distribution strategy – enhancing perceptions of the ASICS brand globally.

A person with passion for Sports who shares our belief of a sound mind in sound body and the inspiration to support our wholesale business partners across Austria to inspire people to move in her/his role as Sales Representative.
Are you having a successful track record in Sales (& Marketing) that is based on the dedication of giving care to your partners with a deep understanding of consumer needs and a hands-on mentality to develop a sustainable, mutual business? Are you used to work self-motivated and agile in a corporate environment and able to fluently communicate in English?
Then this is for you:
Your key responsibility is to manage the Sales Development in the Austria market. You will be directly responsible for ca 40 partners and captain the fast growing the apparel business
Being closely connected to your partners to gain (consumer)market insights and develop engagement driving sales initiatives will be the core of your role. Direct partner visits as well as Online- and Social Media market place investigations are your daily business to ensure the understanding of the consumer demands and retailers needs.
In consequence of your market understanding you are responsible to manage a differentiated distribution and ensure a professional, demand based seasonal Sell-in enabling our partner to grow healthy and sustainable with us.
A seamless order-2-cash process in regular and close contact with the order-2-cash and customer service team will be relevant part of your role to ensure a perfect costumer satisfaction
Your role to play in Apparel is to build specific focus and insights on the category to provide input on the seasonal range planning with in the region and support the sales planning and sell-in process for all relevant key accounts in Austria.

You should be open, communicative and empathetic. You are no stranger to proactive, dynamic and solution-oriented work. In addition to a structured and organised way of working, you have excellent communication skills and above-average commitment and initiative.
A high affinity to sports, the sports industry and footwear is well appreciated.
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience i.e. similar position in a different field, experience from other parts of retail etc.
  • Full, clean, driving licence (B).
  • Proven sales and listening skills, with a keen interest in sports & leisure.
  • Analytical-, Organisational-, Research-Skills
  • Marketing understanding and (Apparel)Category knowledge
  • Relationship Management Skill & Networking & agile working
  • English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and PPT.
  • Confident presentation and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
