- You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of small and medium-sized projects in the industrial environment, from requirements gathering to the customer's acceptance of the software solution.
- You are the central point of contact for our customers in Germany and Austria.
- You lead the project team and manage subcontractors.
- You are the contact person and responsible for coordinating subcontractors in the process of obtaining offers, implementation, and invoicing.
- You support the sales team in preparing proposals for customers.
- You ensure a complete, cost-effective, timely, and quality-compliant delivery according to customer orders.
- Completed technical university degree or a comparable education.
- Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel and coordinating subcontractors.
- Industry and process knowledge in the fields of Public Safety & Security Authorities and Organizations such as fire department, rescue, industrial security, and/or command and control systems.
- A work style characterized by economic thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of service and solution orientation.
- Willingness to implement processes and continuously improve them, process design, and implementation.
- Good communication skills, proactive action, and attention to detail are a given, as well as good proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written. You are willing to travel.
