Ready to raise a Bar? We’re hiring a new Bar Manager!
The Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel's bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing colleagues, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will be managing the bar as a separate profit centre, assuming responsibility for all revenues and expenses. You will promote and grow the business through various promotional events. You will manage the stock inventory and resources as well as ensuring that quality and safety controls are in place. You will be responsible in setting the business objectives to increase profits and maximize guests’ satisfaction. You should also be able to work with diverse personalities and create a positive working environment.

Qualification:

• Previous experience in bar management or a similar role. A degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred
