Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff on-site
• Ensuring that interior fit-outs and construction projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of interior fit-outs and civil construction works.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction
• Scheduling and coordinating all construction activities, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and manpower allocation
• Conducting regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, expenses, and resources

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in interior fit-outs and construction industry
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes and construction methods, materials, and tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards
• Certification or training in construction management or a related field is a plus

Pay: BD250.000 - BD400.000 per month
