Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff on-site
- Ensuring that interior fit-outs and construction projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality and safety standards
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of interior fit-outs and civil construction works.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction
- Scheduling and coordinating all construction activities, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and manpower allocation
- Conducting regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, expenses, and resources
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in interior fit-outs and construction industry
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes and construction methods, materials, and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards
- Certification or training in construction management or a related field is a plus
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: BD250.000 - BD400.000 per month
