Pay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month

Cordoba Training Center seeks an experienced and dynamic HR Trainer to join our team. As a leading professional training institution, we are committed to delivering high-quality, industry-focused training to help professionals enhance their skills and careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Human Resource Management and related topics (Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Development, Labor Laws, etc.).
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments based on industry standards.
- Provide practical and theoretical knowledge to enhance the skill sets of learners.
- Mentor and guide students, ensuring a high standard of learning and development.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and incorporate them into training modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field BBA, MBA (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR professional or trainer.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Certified HR professional (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
