Job Description: Cashier
Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
2. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Handle cash, credit card payments, and provide change to customers.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
5. Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
7. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Transaction Accuracy Rate: Percentage of transactions processed accurately
without errors.
2. Customer Satisfaction Score: Rating based on customer feedback and
satisfaction with service.
3. Speed of Service: Average time taken to process orders and serve customers.
4. Upselling Rate: Percentage of transactions where additional items or upgrades
were sold.
5. Cash Handling Accuracy: Accuracy of cash handling, including reconciliation of
cash register at the end of the shift.
6. Cleanliness and Organization: Evaluation of cleanliness and organization at the
cashier station.
7. Attendance and Punctuality: Consistency in attendance and punctuality for
shifts.
Compliance with Company Policies: Adherence to company policies and procedures
regarding customer service, cash handling, and cleanliness
