We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Learning Support Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs and a strong understanding of various educational strategies and interventions.
The key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing personalized learning plans for students.
• Working closely with teachers to adapt lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Providing one-on-one and small group instruction to support students' learning goals.
• Monitoring and evaluating student progress and adjusting support strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience in a learning support role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
