A four-star hotel in Bahrain looking for an experienced Male Night Auditor to join Immediately.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Balancing the accounts from the day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
• Creating invoices, and bills for hotel guest
• Balancing the Credit card and Cash transactions.
• Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
• Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
• Answering calls and queries related to potential booking

Requirements for this role:
Must have minimum 1 year experience as a night Auditor in a reputed 4 star or 5 star hotel.
Good Communication Skill.
