SCOPE OF WORK:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales experience in the Food and Beverages industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: MINIMUM DIPLOMA / DEGREE QUALIFIED WITH PASSION FOR SALES.
EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FOOD INDUSTRY WIHTIN BAHRAIN MARKET, WITH BAHRAINI DRIVING LICENSE.
SKILLS:
- GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- GOOD SALES SKILLS WITH SELF-MOTIVATED AND A RESULT DRIVEN APPROACH.
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND A FRIENDLY AND ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL.
- EXCELLENT MULTITASKING ABILITIES AND STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
- EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Regularly contact prospective dealers and customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and book orders.
2. Meet with B2B / B2C customers for follow up on a regular basis to create new inquiries.
3. Create new or potential clients and build relationships.
4. Submit Report on sales progress, future marketing plans, and target accomplishments.
5. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Contact prospective dealers and customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
7. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
