Position: Part-Time Secretary (Czech Language Proficiency Required)
Location: Bahrain
Type: Part-Time
Hours: Fixed, 15 hours per week
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time secretary who is fluent in Czech (speaking and writing). The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, including communication, document management, and coordination in Czech and English.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and translating documents in Czech and English.
  • Handling phone calls and emails with Czech-speaking clients.
  • Organizing and managing files, both digital and physical.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Czech.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is a plus.
