Job Summary
As Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for blue and white-collar positions, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support our growing operations. The successful candidate will be required to possess recruitment experience in Bahrain, specifically within the industrial or construction field.
Job Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding for blue and white-collar positions.
Expat Recruitment
Specialize in expatriate recruitment, understanding the unique challenges and requirements associated with hiring talent from diverse backgrounds.
Industry Focus
Leverage your experience in the industrial and construction sectors to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Sourcing Strategies
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract the best talent, utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and industry events.
Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Candidate Assessment
Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the suitability of candidates for the organization.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database, providing regular reports on recruitment activities.
