Store Supervisor JD
This position is responsible to represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales and store operations, product management, supervising the sales associates and reporting to the store manager, and through exceptional customer service, retail experience and product knowledge.
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Oversee and coordinate shop activities, such as inventory management , selection, preparation of products ensuring replenish on a continuous basis to the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and standards.
• Support the team to Provide exceptional customer service and perform up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests.
• Deliver own sales target and support the team to deliver individual and overall store target.
• Review and analyze in store sales to Inform operations Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products.
• Plan and coordinate for Merchandising activities according to seasons, sales trends, date of release, and as per Management recommendations.
• Execute different in store activities like SALE, Promotion and preparation and fulfillment of home delivery orders.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets
• Responsible for smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing loss risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory check as required, reporting missing stock, incidents, suspicious activities.
• Arrange, organize and maintain back area storage room for maximum utilization and running a smooth and efficient replenishment process from 3rd party storage and to showroom.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports in addition to other reports as needed.
• Supervise the sales executives team duties, prepare work schedule and ensure compliance and attendance of staff. purchase store supplies such as stationery & packaging material.
• Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required ensuring tallying of cash & card transactions in addition to timely deposit of cash sales in company bank account.
• Work on increasing conversion rates and customer average basket value.

Qualifications/profile

• 10 years minimum experience in retail sales, preferably in home beddings, Décor & accessories of which at least 2 years as supervisor
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Diploma Degree
• Fluency in English , Arabic is a plus
• People management skills
• Proficiency in MS office, ERP & POS softwares

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
