Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist with expertise in AI-powered networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. This role will be critical in driving business growth, building long-term relationships with clients, and offering tailored, innovative solutions to meet their technological needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Actively generate leads and explore new business opportunities in Bahrain and KSA. Present and sell advanced AI-powered networking, Io T, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity services.
- Solution Architecture: Understand and evaluate customer requirements to propose customized technology solutions, addressing their business challenges with AI and cloud services.
- Proposal & Engagement Management: Prepare winning proposals, RFP/RFI responses, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Statements of Work (So W). Collaborate with vendors to finalize the most suitable solutions for client needs.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical guidance on cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and digital transformation strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and technology partners to ensure smooth implementation of solutions, guaranteeing ongoing client satisfaction.
- Stay Updated on Market Trends: Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest technologies in public cloud, networking, and digital security infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, presales, or a relevant technical consultancy role.
- Strong knowledge of AI-powered networking (SDWAN), cloud services, Io T, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses, BOMs, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Solid IT skills with knowledge of necessary software tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and others.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage customer success.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CISCO, F5, AWS, CISSP) are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience in the Bahrain and KSA markets.
- Familiarity with AWS solutions, cybersecurity products, and public cloud technologies.
- Experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of firewalls, VPNs, WAF, and load balancers.
