Spire Hub, a leading business incubator in Bahrain, is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Web Media Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website, social media platforms, and digital content to engage with our community of entrepreneurs and startups. You will play a key role in building Spire Hubs brand, promoting our programs and events, and creating digital strategies that align with our mission to support innovation and business growth.

### **Key Responsibilities**
**Website Management**

• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and updates of Spire Hubs website, ensuring it remains user-friendly, visually appealing, and up to date.
• Create and manage web content, including blog posts, event updates, startup success stories, and program announcements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that website content aligns with overall branding and communication strategies.
• Monitor website performance, using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to optimize user experience and track visitor engagement.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to website functionality and work with developers when necessary for more complex updates.

**Social Media Management**

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance Spire Hubs online presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos) that promotes Spire Hubs events, services, and community stories.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to continually improve the effectiveness of posts and campaigns.
• Engage with followers, partners, and stakeholders to build a strong online community around Spire Hub.

**Content Creation and Multimedia**

• Design and produce engaging digital media content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials for web and social media platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams and Spire Hub members to highlight success stories, promote events, and create meaningful content that resonates with our target audience.
• Assist in managing photo and video shoots for events and programs, ensuring high-quality content is captured and shared online.
• Edit video and image content to align with brand guidelines and optimize for online use.

**Email Marketing and Digital Campaigns**

• Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns to keep Spire Hub members and partners informed about upcoming events, new services, and other announcements.
• Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) as needed to drive traffic to the website and generate leads for our programs.
• Track the success of digital campaigns and prepare reports on performance metrics and engagement.

### **Qualifications**

• Proven experience in web media, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably in a business incubator, startup, or co-working environment.
• Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., Word Press) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Excellent design and multimedia creation skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions for digital content and campaigns.
