We are looking for a Biologics Supply Officer who is organized and communicative to join our BGCMS (Bio & Clinical Manufacturing Sciences) team, based in our office in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the Role
As a pivotal member of our Supply and Logistics team, you'll play a crucial role in managing Master Data, Production Orders (Pr O), and coordinating internal and external supply and logistics flows for biological products and gene therapies.

About the Role
As a pivotal member of our Supply and Logistics team, you'll play a crucial role in managing Master Data, Production Orders (Pr O), and coordinating internal and external supply and logistics flows for biological products and gene therapies.
Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate closely with various teams including UCB Global Logistics, ensuring seamless coordination and communication to facilitate efficient production and distribution processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage Master Data activities, including creation, modification, and obsolescence of Master Data for all raw materials and consumables related to BIO and Gene therapy activities.
- Oversee Pr O process activities and production version management.
- Monitor external production and manage inventory based on data from external partners.
- Coordinate with UCB Global Logistics team for RTS form completion to facilitate transfer and shipment activities, ensuring accurate product issuance upon receipt.
- Ensure product status in the system is accurate for timely lot release by the relevant quality assurance department.
- Maintain an overview of the Bio and Gene Therapy project portfolio.
- Conduct weekly governance coordination meetings regarding external manufacturing and shipping processes.
- Create and review activity-related documents (SOPs, checklists, etc.).
- Actively participate in deviation management systems (PR opening, investigations, CAPA, Change control, etc.), ensuring timely completion.
- Participate in safety activities.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong proficiency in SAP (Modules MM, WM, SD)
- Adherence to procedures and instructions in a GMP environment
- Ability to thrive in a non-routine and stimulating environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams
- Ability to adapt priorities
- Work with autonomy, precision and discipline
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written)
