Data Analyst:
The Intel team provides reports and dashboards. These allow the management, and all enable teams to continuously monitor performance through interactive dashboards and detect problems early.
In addition to the internal reports (in UBI and Micro Strategy) also provides a set of external reports (via Arvastat).
In addition, the Intel team provides data to the strategy department.
Through a thorough insight into customer data and the labor market context in which the customer operates, they provide thoughtful and proactive advice to management.
Finally, the Intel team also ensures that the AI team has the necessary information that allows the team to use statistical techniques to gain insights into the from the data.
Essential Requirements:

You have previously worked together in a team in a similar role and can demonstrate that you work constructively with colleagues
You have a strong affinity with how a data analysis solution is set up technically. You know the components of such a solution, both the classic ETL data warehouse and the modern, often event-driven solutions.
You speak Dutch and can do well orally in English.
Understanding of the basic concepts of Agile (E2E Agility; Mindset; Business Value; Openness to change,....). Understands the basic concepts of Scrum and can apply them.
Has the necessary practical (hands-on) experience to apply these basic concepts of Agile within the way of working
Knowledge of sprint planning according to story point counting (backlog), story refining and slicing functionality
You are familiar with data models that support a data analysis application. (e.g. 3rd NV, data vault, dimensional)
You have experience in the role of point of contact for business with regard to a given functional domain within an organization. You can explain how you have already approached this in the past and how you have set up communication channels with stakeholders.
You have experience in coordinating work within a team of +/- 5 people. You are able to work with a discussed functional and/or technical scope by quickly gaining insight into it and ensuring that the team realizes this scope. All this within an agile sprint operation.
You stay up to date with trends and evolutions in the field of data analysis. You can also demonstrate this in practice and translate it
You dare to question things and can adapt your communication style according to the person you are talking to. You can demonstrate that you have previously worked in a role where you have actively applied this.
You have a great sense of responsibility. You are able to give examples of situations in which you have used that sense of responsibility to pick up issues that go beyond your own scope or the scope of your own team
Your problem-solving skills, analytical and critical mind enable you to bridge the gap between functionality and technology. You articulate this clearly in a document. You have an eye for the correctness of the output. You can articulate in a clear way what the critical success factors are to bridge the gap from analysis to the technical.
Knowledge of interview techniques to quickly uncover business requirements regarding information needs.

SQL - Be able to independently write simple queries to select test data or understand flows
Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to €400,00 per day
