You pick up the role of an enthusiastic and dedicated team member of the events team. Collaborating with the Business Development and Brand, Marketing and Communication team, you will play a crucial role in aligning events with our business goals. You handle event requests for the company and make sure each event becomes a success.

You pick up the role of an enthusiastic and dedicated team member of the events team. Collaborating with the Business Development and Brand, Marketing and Communication team, you will play a crucial role in aligning events with our business goals. You handle event requests for the company and make sure each event becomes a success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handling event requests, which involves sending and following up on invitations, sourcing creative activities, and ensuring logistics and on-site coordination.
- Preparing and sending out newsletters and communications.
- Hosting webcasts.
- Designing and implementing surveys.
- Collaborating with the Business Development team to integrate business objectives into event planning.
- Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to deadlines in all tasks.
- Adhering to company policies and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Your Profile
You have:
- You are flexible, creative, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- You possess strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
- You are eager to execute tasks in a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to perform successfully in a fast-paced and client-oriented environment.
- You are stress-resistant and can work towards deadlines efficiently.
- You have excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and oral English, Dutch, and French.
- You are accurate, precise, and respect deadlines.
- You are eager to learn and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- You are a team player.
- You have obtained a bachelor's degree in event management, communication, or equivalent experience.
- You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest in new technologies.
- You have strong digital communication skills in English
