As a Management Trainee at Hilton Brussels Grand Place you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within our organization. You will gain hands-on experience in various departments, learning the intricacies of hotel operations and management. • Hotel management or tourism student with an internship agreement of six months as from July 2025.
• Fluency in both English and French is essential for comfortable interaction with our international guests. Knowledge of Dutch or any other language is a plus!
• Full of energy, you can work in a team while keeping a smile on your face.
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Most importantly, you have a passion for hospitality and management.
