Transformer and substation testing engineers.

Function

• You read and analyze the electrical testing procedures and specifications (ITP’s) as defined by customer and our engineering department.
• You prepare, perform or monitor the series of electrical tests to be performed in our dedicated testbay on transformers or substations, in presence of the customer’s designated specialists.
• You prepare and calibrate the required test equipment.
• You discuss and clarify with stakeholders the ITP documents in case of
• You prepare the test reports in the designated formats and sign off on the test results projects.

Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering sciences (preferably electromechanics)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of transformers or high voltage substations is a must.
• Knowledge of Dutch and English is a must.
• Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• Solution-oriented, communicative, analytical and taking initiative are competencies that are required.
