We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key accountabilities:

  • Coordinate administrative contracts such as travel agency, hotels, services providers.
  • Coordinate company’s events.
  • Support Management team and visitors on hotel, air tickets or transportation.
  • Coordinate and prepare internal communication material such as posters, articles and flyers.
  • Maintain company legal documentation and contracts up to date.
  • Control and monitoring of the execution of third-party contracts.
  • Expat support on relocation (in or off country).
  • Providing general support to visitors
  • Processing invoices and allocating costs
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in administration, Communication, Marketing, Tourism or equivalent.
  • Post-graduation/Mba is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Spanish, both oral and written is a plus
  • Initiative, collaborative and determined.

  • Ability to handle simultaneous activities and work in a hectic environment.
  • Ability to manage time and meet required deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
  • Able to work within a team to achieve agreed goals.
