As a Business Analytics Specialist you will be part of a talented team that works together with others squads/teams and support them on making the best decision for the business, you will have constant contact with the high-level executives.

The use of your Data
The candidate, when sending the curriculum with personal and professional data to participate in Recarga Pay's recruitment and selection process, is aware that the data will be used for the necessary analysis and validations throughout the recruitment process and for hiring, if necessary, as well as authorizes Recarga Pay to share the curriculum data with other companies in the Recarga Pay group in case opportunities arise in line with the candidate's profile.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for reporting and tracking the performance of Recargapay's products
- Understand and synthesize Reports for the C-level, including KPIs, OKRs, and Budget
- Manipulate large database to create report inputs, analysis, and deep-dives, helping in the decision-making
- Collaborate with other areas, such as product, tech, marketing, and compliance to conduct and deliver complex analysis, in a way to create new paths/routes focusing on expansion, development, promotions, etc
- Understand and monitor competitors' value propositions and movements
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Experience with large databases and analytics/BI
- Advanced SQL and Excel/Sheets
- Average English or spanish
- Experience in fintech or digital banks is a plus
- Experience in credit card, CRM, Fraud or Loans is a plus
