Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
Demand a curious and energetic professional, interested in working with a diverse set a lot of subjects, projects, people, in a consumer centric, acting as owner and agile posture.
Your Impact
As CRM & Consumer Promotions Coordinator your functions would consist of this activities:
- CRM planning, strategy and execution;
- Elma chips Consumer Promotions & campaigns;
- Data management and enrichment;
- Responsible for strategic planning, execution,project coordination of Elma Chips and Brand´s consumer promotions and campaigns;
- Develop the consumer engagement team and connect to BCC Latam culture and objectives,
- Push the 1pd agenda by coordinating multifunctional projects for installing/activating new martech tools (Joy hub, Jebbit, CDP, SFMC, lead gen ads etc).
- Address brands’ opportunities via 1pd use cases (insights, acquisition, enrichment, CRM, audiences, formats etc)
- Provide training and consultancy to the brands on digital transformation and its implications (custom content, opportunities, legal privacy compliance etc).
- Test & learn via 1pd use cases for establishing metrics and references for assessing results.
- Manage budget and support the planning of investments and expected return.
