Responsibilities:

• CRM planning, strategy and execution;
• Elma chips Consumer Promotions & campaigns;
• Data management and enrichment;
• Responsible for strategic planning, execution,project coordination of Elma Chips and Brand´s consumer promotions and campaigns;
• Develop the consumer engagement team and connect to BCC Latam culture and objectives,
• Push the 1pd agenda by coordinating multifunctional projects for installing/activating new martech tools (Joy hub, Jebbit, CDP, SFMC, lead gen ads etc).
• Address brands’ opportunities via 1pd use cases (insights, acquisition, enrichment, CRM, audiences, formats etc)
• Provide training and consultancy to the brands on digital transformation and its implications (custom content, opportunities, legal privacy compliance etc).
• Test & learn via 1pd use cases for establishing metrics and references for assessing results.
• Manage budget and support the planning of investments and expected return.
