Job Description
A pessoa que ocupar a posição de estagiário/a de Recursos Humanos tem como objetivo dar suporte às atividades na área de Recursos Humanos.
Job Duties
  • Apoiar na execução dos principais processos da área de Recursos Humanos (Recrutamento e Seleção, Admissão, Integração, Treinamento e Folha de Pagamento).
  • Participar da elaboração do programa de estágio, sendo suporte para as ações de desenvolvimento;
  • Apoiar em iniciativas relacionados à engajamento, gestão de clima e outros eventos relacionados ao RH.
  • Apoiar no estabelecimento e desenvolvimento e manutenção de canais de comunicação interna (Mural Eletrônico, Broadcast e outros...) contribuindo para melhoria da comunicação na empresa.
  • Apoiar a criação e monitoramento dos indicadores da área de Recursos Humanos implementando ações necessárias para melhoria dos resultados além de apoiar em decisões estratégicas da área.
  • Realizar o procedimento de pagamento de fornecedores, através do lançamento de ordens /abertura de pedido, rateio no sistema e acompanhamento das aprovações até o fechamento do pedido para entrega dos documentos fiscais ao departamento responsável dentro do prazo de vencimento.
Job Requirements
  • Formação: Cursando Administração de Empresas, Psicologia e/ou área correlata.
  • Experiência: Não há necessidade.
  • Idioma: Inglês intermediário desejável.
  • Desejável conhecimento básico no Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Power Point.
