Atividades:
- Auxiliar no corte e porcionamento de carnes e na execução do pratos do restaurante Pérgula.
- Verificar o material de “mise en place” (montagem da praça), equipamentos de utilização diária e preparar o local de serviço do dia.
- Etiquetar todos as mercadorias seguindo as normas de segurança alimentar;
- Organizar estoque seco;
- Aplicar os princípios básicos de limpeza, higiene e aproveitamento dos alimentos;
- Auxiliar na higienização de louças, utensílios e da cozinha em geral (lavar, enxugar e guardar);
- Estar cursando superior em Gastronomia.
- Disponibilidade para estagiar de 16h às 22h.
- Conhecimento das normas de Segurança de Alimentos.
- Ter disponibilidade para estagiar em escala 6 x 1.
- Bolsa-auxílio: R$ 950,00.
