Responsibilities:
- Support the electronic timekeeping process, including verifying and controlling employees' working hours, and assisting with necessary adjustments and corrections.
- Help with updating and inputting information into the system.
- Collaborate in managing the company's benefits administration, including enrollment requests, maintenance, and updates of benefits.
- Assist in managing and controlling the employees' vacation process.
- Help with recruitment and selection activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Provide general support in the area’s activities.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree from the second semester onwards in Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
