Let's start with the role
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources within a professional environment. As an HR Intern, you will contribute significantly to the digitization of our employee records in Brazil.
As an HR Intern you will:
- Assist in maintaining the electronic timekeeping system, including data entry and shift scheduling.
- Provide support in processing benefits requests and employee registrations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries related to timekeeping, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR-related tasks.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
What you'll bring
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
