Position Summary
Do you have an eye for detail and would love to collaborate with both domestic and international teams as an HR professional and are based in São Paulo, Brazil ? Are you curious about HR in the music industry ? If so, you may be our next Brazil HR administrator for our Brazil offices.
Bilingual in English and Portuguese, the HR administrator will primarily coordinate local personnel related administrative tasks including but not limited to, local payroll, benefits administration, employee relations matters, workplace safety and regulations compliance. This role requires working along the local HR and general and administrative teams, focusing on local compliance but also local implementation of global policy as the HR administrator will be part of our broader global People and Culture team and will report directly to the US-based Global HR Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate local payroll and manage the variety of local benefits, keeping up-to-date with local legislation and representing the organization in labor matters including local union and managerial teams.
- Be the guardian of personnel records and liaise with local HR coordinator, finance and legal teams for audit deadlines as well as employee relations matters
- Build and maintain trust among local staff and leadership to support employee-relations matter.
- Ensure local compliance with the rules, procedures, internal regulations, corporate policies and work safety standards inherent in the sector.
- Liaise with international offices and global leadership team to maintain consistency among company culture and global policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR work experience
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Attention to detail with strong analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various HR issues, and prioritize workload.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management and be a team player at heart.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite | Google Workspace is desired.
