Overview:

• Collect, organize, and verify data for financial models and cash flow, as well as prepare financial reports, comparing budgeted versus actual results.
• Assist with administrative tasks and the collection of financial documents, supporting the preparation, sending, and monitoring of invoices and revenues.
• Help in researching cost reduction initiatives and creating reports.
• Support in executing transactions and maintaining financial records.
• Assist in communicating with the finance team and preparing documents for audits.
• Support in collecting and organizing data for annual budgets.
• Help in preparing reports and documents for shareholders and management, including gathering information and drafting.
• Assist in researching and monitoring applicable regulations and laws, preparing summaries for the team.
• Help in collecting and analyzing data related to contract compliance.
• Assist in gathering data on electricity production and performance, and in preparing basic root cause analyses.
• Support in the preliminary review of variation proposals and cost analysis related to corrective maintenance and spare parts.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and analyzing corrective maintenance, spare parts, and warranties.

• Currently studying for a degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Systems & efficiency (Power BI, Python, process automation) is an advantage.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English both spoken and written way.
