Investor relations specialist

- Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking or Consulting is preferred.
- Experience in or knowledge of the agriculture industry is preferred, but not required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Accounting, financial modeling and corporate finance knowledge required.
- Strong prioritization skills for time sensitive and public deliverables
- Ability to stay on top of global competitive trends and process a wide variety of information.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
The IR Specialist will work closely with the team in Brazil and North America to increase awareness of Solinftec.
The specialist will work closely in the companys equity rounds and we expect to have a Series C in 2022.
Internally, IR serves as a strategic partner to several groups, providing competitive intelligence, inputs on future initiatives, and bringing in external perspectives to the decision-making process in North America, Brazil and other regions of Lat Am.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate and build relationships across internal functions and facilitate two way flow of information.
- Prepare and elaborate presentations.
- Assist in the elaboration / update of the companys Business Plan, aligned with our strategic view.
- Participate in future equity funding process with potential investors.
- Prepare documents for management and Board.
- Monitor Agtech environment, such as competitors, investors, trends, among others.
- Coordinate Due Diligence processes.
