I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil as a Mid Level Drupal Developer with a strong background in Drupal and PHP to work in our development team, collaborating with teams across the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sharing knowledge and learning new technologies, contributing positively to both CI&T and the broader community and a cultural fit is essential, emphasizing respect for differences and a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders, peers, and other developers in enhancing Drupal applications, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Development and Maintaining a Drupa-base DXP Platform, including custom modules and themes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including user experience and content strategy.
Ensure your development follows security and performance best practices.
Seek for proactiveness and autonomy, challenges and learning while collaborating with the team.

Requirements for this challenge

Have advanced English proficiency for conversation.
2-4 years experience with frontend development (e.g., Java Script, j Query, HTML, CSS, XML).
2-4 years experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and PHP.
Experience in Drupal 9+ platform and its best practices, including coding.
Experience using Composer to manage project dependencies.
Experience with relational databases, particularly My SQL or Postgre SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git).
Knowledge of design and Clean Architecture / Clean Code principles.
Experience in analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
Comfortable using the Linux terminal and commands, as well as working with Apache.

Nice to have

Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines (Dev Ops principles).
Experience with Docker.
Experience participating in Agile projects.
