Responsibilities:

• Telefonica and UCaa S systems, monitoring performance, managing and resolving possible occurrences.
• Deep analysis of the SIP protocol for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Provide advanced support in the Telephony area for end customers and work in the operations area.

• Collect event logs and traces to analyze and troubleshoot systems.

• Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBC and cloud instances.

• Operate Telecom devices, monitoring platforms, working on alarm management.

• Share knowledge through training and support to other analysts on the team

• Conduct integration process between PABX/ UCaa S systems and other platforms such as CRM.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure ( IP and Voice services).
• 3+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routers; Switches and Telephone Systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud tools and environment, preferably AWS.
• TDM and NGN Telephony Networks.
• Installation and configuration of network equipment.
• Installation and configuration of Vo IP, IP PBX or UCaa S equipment.
• Network protocols - TCP/IP.
• SIP signaling protocol.
• SS7, ISDN and R2 signaling protocol.
• Data communication links, E1, Metro Ethernet.
• Software like: Splunk , Zabbix , Solar Winds .
• Completed or ongoing higher education related to the area of Technology, Networks and/or Telecommunications (Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networks or similar).
