What you will do:
- Conduct cultural interview with candidates around the world
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media)
- Build trusting relationships and be an influencer for key stakeholders
- Contribute to the effective implementation of HR programs/projects/initiatives
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with leaders
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and generate reports for management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Foster relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Provide feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
- Occasionally support other HR areas and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Disseminate the values and culture of Soluparts
