The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the Latam IT Infrastructure Manager for Solventum sites, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting IT technology and infrastructure for multiple sites and plants across multiple countries in Latin America. Working as part of the Global IT Infrastructure Team, the successful candidate will manage the provision of end user computing, network infrastructure, enterprise hardware and manufacturing IT. This position is accountable for managing all Infrastructure implementations, deployments and support within the regions ensuring the sites within the local countries are in compliance with Solventum Corporate policies and strategic directions.
The Latam Infrastructure Manager will work with the regional infrastructure teams, global product teams and managed service partners to deliver IT services to approximately 2000 users across Latin America. Supported Countries include, but are not limited to: Mexico, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica and Brazil.

- Manage the overall Regional IT infrastructure, its related services and maintenance support, to ensure that performance meets technical requirements and business expectations. Provides information technology advice and consults with IT leadership team to set short-term strategic direction and operating plans for a geography region.
- Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area. Implements corporate and regional technology standards and evaluates the business needs with regard to information management, systems, equipment, data, support, and training.

Plan and execute an efficient and effective delivery of infrastructure improvements and projects. This will include:
- Planning and project management
- Prioritization management
- Resource management (Human & Financial)
- Service delivery management
- Risk mitigation
- People Development
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or job experience equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of professional IT experience
- Minimum five (5) years of managing Global teams
- Must be fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Minimum three (3) years of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and reacting to circumstances
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Solid understanding of Agile principals
- Solid understanding of IT processes and organization
- Experience working in a regulated environment (Works Councils)
- Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, network and database infrastructure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communications
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Customer service mindset and sense of urgency
