We are currently seeking for billingual ( Portuguese & Chinese) medical sales professionals in Brazil to work on business development tasks of our endoscopy product ranges. The role is fully remote based although regular travels within Brazil may be expected.
Key Deliverables
1. Develop and execute regional sales campaigns, including regional promotional activities, product promotion, academic conferences and exhibitions.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and end-users in the region, establish strong connections with industry associations, and manage relationships with key hospitals.
3. Collect market information in the region, conduct market research, analyze competitors, and monitor market trends. Develop sales activity designs and promotion plans based on regional market conditions and provide regular updates on the regional market situation.
4. Participate in live product demonstrations and negotiating contract terms.
5. Provide product training and technical support to regional distributors at various levels.
6. Achievement of sales targets in the region.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Life Sciences or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales.
3. Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability.
4. Willingness to travel extensively and for extended periods.
5. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
6. Fluent and clear spoken Portuguese & Chinese, highly prefered if you also speak English.
