The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will play a critical role in partnering with our sales team to drive the technical aspects of the sales process. They will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing solutions that meet those needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our cloud and infrastructure services.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil / Hybrid home office

Key Responsibilities:
. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.
. Design and propose solutions that meet the customer s technical and business needs.
. Develop and deliver presentations and demos to highlight the features and benefits of our cloud and infrastructure services.
. Provide technical guidance during the sales process, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries.
. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in cloud and infrastructure technologies.
. Present and articulate the features and benefits of Cloud and Infra technology solutions to different sectors customers;
. Collaborate with other pre-sales teams to generate business results, increase win rates and better proposals for customers.
. Maintain up-to-date and relevant knowledge of competitive solutions and winning strategies.
. Create and deliver presentations, personalized demonstrations, seminars, workshops and conduct and demonstrate use cases with Cloud and Infra solutions for our different sector customers.
. Develop strong partnerships with customers by cultivating a trusting relationship focused on building a positive perception of value by the customer.
. Engage with customers by translating their business needs into appropriate solutions.
. Work closely with customers to identify solutions that address business challenges.
. The person will work with rapidly evolving technologies, on-premises/cloud components to define unique solutions.
. Elaborate technical documents with clarity and high-quality.
. Design and size the required effort to deliver Cloud and Infrastructure solutions
. Interaction with company’s global technical and no-technical teams

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a solution architect, technical consultant, or in a pre-sale technical role.

Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, infrastructure and managed services.

Strong experience on Cloud Migration Strategy.

Experience on FINOPS

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Certifications in cloud technologies AWS Cloud Architect Professional is Mandatory

Fluent English required. Spanish is a plus.
